Having some window sizing issues. I did not have this problem before but now when I click the controller plugin, it shows up the second very small. Its so small that i can not edit anything below the A button, which sucks because I can't load the controller profiles i made for the project 64. Does anyone know how to retify this situation? I am running Vista Os with the pj64 running as a compatiability mode windows xp service pack 2 with admin setting also selected. I just really need to some how "stretch" out my screen so i can see the other buttons but for some reason it is not letting me now after the many times i have used it before with not problems. Thank you for your time and for all those who can help.

Very odd. This is a long shot, but can you use the "magnifier" under accessibility programs to see what you're doing?

Here is a little more information that might be help, they usually say a picture is worth a 1000 words xD.

It prevents me from doing any editing or loading of anything T.T which sucks because i need to be able to switch controls when I have or dont have my controllers.

Wow. Very odd indeed. Thanks for the pic, though, as I was completely visualizing this wrong.
You said that this is only happening for the controller plugin? Everything else works fine?
Has this worked normally before? What have you done recently on your computer that may have stopped it from working? Installing new software, anything. If it never worked normally before, then it may change what we would attempt to do to fix it.
Some standard questions:
Have your uninstalled/reinstalled project 64?
Have you restarted your computer?
Have you tried changing your screen resolution under display settings?
Are you sure you need to use Windows compatibility mode?
Also, if none of these options work, and you know that you've had pj64 working fine before, you might attempt doing a system restore to a point prior to when you had the issue. Unfortunately, if you do this we won't know why you had the issue, but at least it will hopefully be fixed.

You said that this is only happening for the controller plugin? Everything else works fine? As far as i can tell everything works fine and normally just the window is to small (as in the picture) for it to allow any editing towards the controller plugin

If it never worked normally before, then it may change what we would attempt to do to fix it. Been a while since i started up pj64 so there is no telling really what i downloaded or have done since i last played it.
Some standard questions:
Have your uninstalled/reinstalled project 64? Fully reinstallation? not really but ill give it a go
Have you restarted your computer?Has been like this for a long time so yes many times.
Have you tried changing your screen resolution under display settings?Nearly every setting possible i have tried
Are you sure you need to use Windows compatibility mode?It wasnt using compatability mode before , so i switched it and it still not working

System restore would be out of the question because i have done to many things piror to finding out this error xD.

Sounds like uninstalling and reinstalling is our next bet.
If, after reinstalling 1.6, you get the same problem, you might try downloading and installing version 1.5. I wouldn't recommend playing on 1.5, but at least it will let us know if 1.5 has the resizing issue for you.

You could try another input plugin.
I'm afraid I've done all I can to help you. Sorry I couldn't fix it. Perhaps someone else will pop by this thread soon and give their 2 cents. This has got to be really frustrating for you.

Yeah it is somewhat more frustrating now because now i lost my default settings so now i can't even bother playing the games. But i appreciate your time and concerns. I hope that someone will come in and elobrate a lil more, ill experiment with different plugins in the mean time.

Your screen DPI is the problem.

Hate to burst your bubble Squall but it isnt a DPI issue, and I have Windows Vista :P. I did some research before you replied and tried to customize my DPI but nothing really worked. Which is the odd thing because it was working perfectly before which bothers me.
I have tried resizing my desktop(through the personalize thing) and the DPI I really am stumped on what else it could be.

Try using a window resizing program. I had the same problem when playing Diablo 2 on my PC in windowed mode, so I got a program which allowed me to resize the window. The one I used is free-ware called resizeable enable. You should be able to google it easy enough. I'd link it for you, but I'm not sure if this site allows outside links or not. I hope this helps, but if not, GL with your issue.

its either DPI or custom font sizes that do it.
...actually since you can increase the font size without increasing the dpi......

I will have to look into the "window resizing program" but as far as custom fonts >.> i really have not tampered with that stuff like ever, I mean i had to google DPI and after tweaking it with no results i set it back to default. Thank you for your hlep and your replys, I really appreciate your help ^.^. Sorry for the delay reply.
