PJ 64 won't download [Archive]

I've tried downloading Project 64 1.5 but when i open it it says "failed to allocate memory" So i tried downloading 1.6 but it just says "starting" (i use firefox) and it won't complete the download. Any help?

Do you use any download accelerators?
Does using Internet Explorer or other browsers affect download result?
