I honestly have no clue what I am doing wrong. It seems like I did everything everyone else did.

For some reason images are not working on my computer, so I'll try posting thsoe up, and the link of the picture

Ok, here is my controller:

((( http://media.photobucket.com/image/xbox%20360%20controller%20wire/RobinsonBrannon/xbox360-charger-cable-b457.jpg )))

And I install it to my computer:

Then I go to my control panel to make sure everthing is set up with my controllers, but all I get is a blank screen, no controllers listed

I go to my Project64 Emulator, and I click on configure controllers, but nothing is there! My list still says none!

My computer says it has been installed, and since i have uninstalled and reinstalled it, but still nothing. I can't find the installed controller anywhere on my computer, and no mater how many times I uninstalled and reinstall, it won't show up. Please! Help me!!!

You cannot use the plug and play charge kit to connect to your computer.
The plug an play charge kit provides power to your controller: the controller is still connecting through wireless.
So, if you want to connect a wireless xbox360 controller to your computer, you must purchase a wireless receiver made for that exact purpose. Walmart used to have them, but I think they quit carrying them. I'd check at best buy.
