Good read so far...but I did already know about Jario64 (http://www.dooglamoo.com/software/jario64), first published emulator of N64 written in Java.

I have heard of Wii64 and tried it. It's a piece of junk. I did mention this before...

Not exactly Stewie. The N64 games are Channels you can pay for through the Wii Shop Channel and then download.

There is a new release of Wii64 (http://www.wiibrew.org/wiki/Wii64) and it can do a lot. It's no Project64 but I'm rather shocked. It's good for beta.

No, the channel itself is the emulator. Each game is its own channel. This should better explain:
