what version of PJ64 are you using? And, have you tried double-clicking on the cheat bar?

Sorry to revive this old thread, but I do get the exact same "bar without window"-thing. I noticed some other things: if I click "System", the appearing menu flickers faintly before it kind of solidifies. And in the Legend of Zelda - OoT, which i was gaming when the issue first appeared, the image of Link in the equipment menu is distorted and only about a quarter of the hight it should be.
I'm using V.1.6, i actualized the .cht, and all was working fine until a bit before the temple of time.
Thanks for helping!
Edit: double-clicking on the bar has no effect.

Sorry I really have no specific idea why the GUI glitches with Project64 have happened sometimes, just to imagine it's to do with libraries config or something like that. squall_leonhart would know for sure.

try mousing over the very bottom of the bar to get the up-down pointing double arrow, then drag that down.
it's probably some issue with the window size being set to 0x0px, or a negative value.

wow what, it's resizable? It doesn't resize in 1.7 >.>

I guess that's why I forgot then. :D
XD well I really don't use 1.7 that much, especially for cheats heh....
