Hello,
this week I'm going away for a few days and I'm thinking about bringing my laptop so I can play Nintendo 64 using Project 64 on it while I'm away.
(The reason I need help ASAP is because I am leaving tomorrow.)
So I tried to copy the PJ64 files and the ROM files over to an external HDD but when I try to start it there my save didn't go with it.
If it's any help, the game I want to play on the laptop is Legend of Zelda : Ocarina of Time Masters Quest.

When I start it up on the external HDD (Hard drive) from the laptop, open the LOZOOTMQ (Legend of Zelda : Ocarina of Time Masters Quest) ROM and then go to the saves screen I find the save, which has the same name on it as on my stationary PC, however, it doesn't say that I have completeded any temples, gained any more hearts, etc. Basically, I have to start over again.

So I tried to go to "System" (ON THE PJ64 EMULATOR) > "Save as..." and then save it on the external HDD. It saved as a .zip file. While on my stationary computer, where I saved the .zip file I can open it and resume playing on my current save with all temples etc on it, however when I open it from the EDD (External HDD) i get an error message saying
"Attempt to open zip file failed. Missing or corrupt zip file - check path and file. You may need to restart the application."

So... What shall I do now?
I will try to unpack the .zip file and then start what the zip file contained using PJ64 on the HDD via my laptop.
I'll be back and edit this post with results. Meanwhile, please come with suggestions and/or solutions to this problem!

Thank you very much.

EDIT: I unpacked the .zip file and it contained a .pj file. I started it with the PJ64 on the EDD, however I got another error message saying
"File loaded does not appear to be a valid Nintendo64 ROM.
Verify your ROMs with GoodN64."

Halp? :(
