Will PJ64 1.6 run on a Sony P-series?

I just bought a Sony P-Series netbook and I'm having significant lag when running the program (only 40 FPS with HM64 in 320x240 windowed mode. I tried running it fullscreen @ 640x480 16-bit and it still lags to 55FPS). Specs are as follows (I'm not that knowledgeable with computers, so I'm posting the info from Sony's website):

Processor speed: 1.33GHz
Front Side Bus Speed: 533MHz
L2 Cache: 512kB
Genuine Windows Microsoft® Windows 7® Home Premium 32-bit

Memory:
Installed: 2GB (2GBx1)
Maximum: 2GB
Speed: 533MHz

Graphics Processor: Mobile Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 500.

What do I have to install to get my computer to run it (plugins, perhaps), or is my computer doomed?

I'm amazed you have it running that fast at all, I wouldn't waste my time trying to run this thing on a netbook with intergrated graphics, sorry but I think you're doomed.
