going to try and make sure the beta files are always stable. So to make sure the case we are putting versions up to test before they are available to beta users. These are meant to be used just for testing.

So if your a beta user and a regular on the forum send me a message and I will give you access.

That's maybe one thing, but I have tried in the past to be helpful only to discover that many emulation bugs simply require too much time to really fix (or when it requires to go lower level). The developers already made clear back then they don't have that much time on their hands anyway, which I can perfectly understand.

I'll pass, although I never regretted donating because I had much fun using PJ64 in the past.

Graphics and sound plugins together describe the N64's control processor "RCP" that is divided into display list and reality signal processing "RDP/RSP processors".

Special signal processing and some vector works are done by a reality signal co- processing plug-in called the RSP plug in. Crashes and failures in the game's audio and to the game itself can occur through this fourth plugin, but there were also some main memory optimizations that needed to be undone to speed the game back up to how the public version played it.

I must check Body Harvest in the time so that I may remind ourselves what happened in LoD; the old game LoD is mostly well focused on then. If there are any relations I will gladly note them.

I believe that alpha testing is one of the most helpful things a person can do for anyone developing software of any time, the ability to have people assist you in pin pointing what games crash where (I at least) have found to be extremely helpful as far as debugging goes at the least. In addition, it saves the programmers time when trying to figure out what exactly is doing causing the bug, especially if the testers can get specific info on what they did and if the crash is repeatable.

Therefore, I would love to be an alpha tester if I am allowed (might as well do something with my time well my own mod teams are in such a lack of progress now).

Honestly Zilmar is extremely busy, I wudn't feel too bad because there isnt much you can do with alpha testing except to literally test and report bugs. Also may I add that he really didnt have to enable alpha testing for anyone. Just wanted to mention.

There would be a new forum with threads on test results, change logs, etc.
Alpha transitional files may be downloaded for testing because they show in the beta downloads page from the old forum and are highlighted as a mark.

The folks have been happy with the alpha help so far. The reason all these requests are on hold is development goes up and down. Meaning zilmar gets back to this thread

I have also been into the PCSX2 scene i usually compile a new build every week or so with VS2008. I have posted pcsx2 video's on youtube to show off the compatibility if you lookup Nit3H8wk on youtube.

Also i have windows 7 x64 build 7600 RTM. I have run the leaked copies and the beta stuff is quite old. I've read on other forums that 1.7.0.54 is legit and one of the few leaked versions that doesn't come packed with trojans. I got tired of using leaked versions which is why i donated. That and to report bugs to help with developement.

I'm running an i5 750, 1GB HD 4870 and Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. Hopefully this could help with determining how well Project 64 can run on not only Win 7, but also 64-bit.

I had the 1.7.49 beta before donating that is all over the internet more complete with more plugins but since i liked a lot cause of the support in many scenarios than the 1.6 build so i want it to have my own emulator with my nickname on it & to be able to use/test the newer builds so please man add me to the alpha test list

Am not planning to share it or anything like it but there games that still needs support like: WCW vs. nWo - World Tour , Star Wars Rogue Squadron , Star Wars battle for Naboo , Resident Evil 2 , one of the races from Road Rash 64 & other games on the 1.7.49 build that have more support on the 1.7.50 a.k.a newer builds & that has been shown in screenshots that i have seen it looks completely different than the beta just let me be an alpha tester otherwise i shouldn't have donated when i already had the 1.7.49 beta that i got of from a site 2 months ago.

From an emu site in spanish there has been so far 3 updates of the 1.7.49 beta one in january , march & finally the one i currently have from april obviously from this year as from april and may is alpha not beta anymore as you can see by the screenshots.

Like i said it has like more different plugins including the jabo ones for each video , sound , input it even has rom integrity to see the rom you are playing in every detail like media info but in this case rom info

But there hasen't been any alpha leaks yet but you know that everything gets leak sooner or latter that's a fact.

Descripción

Project64 es un completo emulador de la consola Nintendo 64 con emulación total tanto de gráficos como de sonido.

Con Project64 puedes disfrutar de los juegos de la consola Nintendo64 igual a como lo harías en la consola, o incluso mejor, ya que puedes utilizar las últimas tecnologías de suavizado y mayor resolución.

Puedes utilizar tus propios mandos de control o pad para maniobrar mejor en los juegos pensados para usarse con los mandos de Nintendo 64.

En cuanto a la emulación, no tienes de qué preocuparte porque es prácticamente perfecta y muy fiel al original.

Detalles del Emulador

Este es un pack hecho con versiones originales de los archivos, con la diferencia que se le actualizaron los siguientes archivos, para que sea más eficiente a la hora de jugar.

Believe it or not the only games i played on the PJ64 is Road Rash 64 , Shadow Man rarely Star Wars Shadow of Empire & WCW vs. nWo - World Tour wich works fine only with rice & other plugins all i wanted is to have something with more support that's all that is why i was hyped up about the Alpha since it has more support.

Anyway i'll be checking more games when i get a chance i'll let you guys know any glitches or bugs i see/find.

Although I am not a regular to this forum, I do tinker with PJ 1.7.0.49 beta with the few GB worth of roms I got (... playing roms... breaking the emu... and even tuned up Win7's Avalon engine on an old computer with it -- V/I counter is very useful). My latest fun with it was trying once again to get Battle of Naboo working and I can get the game to work without too much crashing. Naboo's in game camera however cannot stay at a proper zoom level inside the level hemisphere (Edit: thread about that here >> http://forum.pj64-emu.com/showthread.php?p=15711#post15711)

If you are still accepting requests I would like to have my account upgraded to have access to the latest alpha builds so I can crack on with testing (I am curious to see if the alpha's offer and LLE improvements).

Yeah come to think of it the only thing in the alpha processes that hasn't been touched on in a while is the audio plugin. The core zilmar is pausing and resuming; he still has some decisions to work out for himself it seems. Everything else is sort of in a combination of needing user input and being updated regularly as per the amount that has been given.
