Sound issue with Zelda games on project64 1.6

I tried some smash bros, zellda OoT, Zelda MM, and Perfect Dark. It Seemed like only the Zelda games had the sound issue. The problem is an annoying popping noise that happends, especially during long melodies. Seems Majora's Mask has an even worse sound problem than OoT did.

Is this normal? Any suggestions? I run project64 max speed and I'm using Windows Vista Premium 32 bit.

enable sync game to audio in the audio plugin.
