FPS Falls off Please help

I recently downloaded PJ64 but i have a major issue
the FPS Falls way off when i start to play the actual game and It is near impossible to move

i use Vista home premium
ATI Radeon X1200 Graphics card
AMD Athlon64 Dual Core 1.7 GHz Processor
2.5 GB RAM

What can i do to make this work better

I am trying to play goldeneye but i have also tryed doom 64, Shadows of the empire and WCW-nWo Revenge Same thing on all of them

I get to the actual gameplay and it is very slow

Also if try FullScreen It will almost com to a stop

your system should be plenty fast enough, sounds like its not setup right.. do you have the latest graphics card drivers installed?

Drivers are a right pain in the ****, all computers made for windows should have the internal device drivers which came with it as part of the system recovery in the bios. It would solve a ton of problems...:rolleyes:
