Several Problems With PJ64

So I wanted to use the hi-res textures for Ocarina of Time. So I download the textures, and download the Rice Video Installer. Then I try to use it after installing it: http://s79.photobucket.com/albums/j137/chazzhay/?action=view&current=PJ64Errors.jpg

This happens when ever I try to uninstall or reinstall the emulator.
I hope some one can help me!:confused:

You need to find those files and download them to the directory storing Project64.exe.

Yes I understand that but I can not find those files anywhere.
