When I push the analog stick even the slightest bit in any direction the crosshairs goes all the way to the edge of that direction. I've tried all the sensitivity settings and levels and it still does it. Otherwise the controls seem to work flawlessly.

EDIT: Same issue in Perfect Dark

Try using N-rage (settings>controller plugins). See if that one fixes your issue with the targeting reticule...;)

Also, nooby as it sounds, have you calibrated it?

Try toggling the "mode" or "digital" button(or something like that).

I had the same problem with a Logitech. I was playing OoT and SSB, and I could only move in the basic directions, as fast as possible. At first, I had tried using the default controller plugin, it wouldn't recognize the analog stick unless I had the "mode" button/light on. I just kept using it that way. Afterward, I switched to the Nrage plugin w/same result. I just realized that that button was causing all my problems. I toggled it off, changed my controller settings, and VOILA! Problem solved.
