Hello everybody. I find myself unable to get Madden NFL 2002 to run. When I start it up, the FPS starts around 60, and then about once every second, it drops by about half, until it sits around 7.4x. Unusual rate that it decreases by, considering when I play any other game, the FPS updates quite a few times a second. It's also sitting on a black screen the whole time, as if nothing is going on.
I have tried various plugins of all kinds, all with the same results. Tweaking settings in these plugins yielded nothing new either. So far, out of a few dozen games and quite a few years of usage, this is the first game to ever give me this strong a problem. And of course, I'm using v1.6 (shouldn't need to say that, but I understand that you can't expect all people will post problems in the appropriate sections... lol).
I'm willing to suspect that the ROM itself may be bad. In case somebody around here has a working Madden 2002, I'm going to post the CRC's on this ROM to do a comparison.

Although it seems difficult to believe that my ROM *isn't* bad (considering how many plugins/settings I've tried, and how doing a search of these forums turned up no problem threads/posts for Madden 2002), I'm open to any specific suggestions in the extremely slight chance that my ROM isn't bad.
