My game freezes

Hi

I normally play Banjo0 Tooie
And it normally Freezes thoughout
I normally save often
But this one time, I forgot.

I was sooooo p*ssed off
I got so far and yet, it froze

well, I wanted to see what would happen if I hit the save button (F5) and if I re launch the game, it will work

So I hit F5, in a second, the game started running again as if it didnt freeze o.0
then after awhile it froze again....I hit F5 and it started up again!!

I tried this with Banjo kazooie, perfect dark, and supermario
all started again if froze

so my question is:
why is my game freeze and how to stop from freezing?

idk can somebody see if it works in there game?
like, if your game freezes, press F5 and see what happens
perhaps this can be a fix to the freezes

Disable cheats.
If this is unclear, F7 is for loading the backups. F5 just writes them.
