You need to use a controller plug-in that either supports XInput (knows what button is really X, Start, etc) and/or supports the mapping of Axises on a button (the sticks basically).

N-Rage's plug-in supports the mapping of Axises but not XInput (although there is a special test version somewhere). There is also a XInput plug-in but you can't set the controls other than the default, there should be a topic here on the forum.

There is one other option, but a bit more complicated. You can try to use an alternative DirectInput Only driver either XBCD 2.6 (http://redcl0ud.1.forumer.com/index.php?showtopic=1816) or this (http://www.katch.ne.jp/~morii/index.html) Japanese driver (has English versions I think). From there you would need to configure the controller to work with the controller plug-in.

All you need to do is download the Xbox 360 controller driver off Microsoft's website. You can configure the right analog stick as the C-Buttons with either Jabo's controller input or N-Rage's input.
