.jsf file?

I am so lost. I read the Help pages, but I didn't get anywhere.

I was playing the Ocarina of Time yesterday, and I saved my game before I went to bed. I launched the game, and my name is still up on the option screen, but it just starts at the beginning of the game. The. Very. Beginning.

So, I noticed there's a 72bytes file (.jsf) with my name on it in my Project 64 folder. How do I load all of my progress? Or am I doomed?

Just to make sure by starting off at the very beginning you mean like the cinema and everything repeats as if you had just created the file? Because I know if you load the game as younger Link you will generally start off in his house every time no matter how far you have come.

The save file for game progress is with SRA extension.
JSF is controller profile set data for Jabo's DirectInput7 1.6.
