Savestates

So, I want to apply a savestate of Super Mario 64 with 120 stars on it (I already have one, anyone is welcome to give me a link to a download :) ) and I don't know how. Can anyone tell how how to do it in detail? I'm using version 2.3.2.202, just so you know. Thanks!

Edit: I'm retarded. I could use the cheat code.
