How do I make a Texture Pack?

Plain and simple, I already know how use photoshop and how to install other people's packs. How do I go about editing my ingame textures?

Find a video plugin that can dump textures.
Play the game with the texture dumping option selected.
After you collect the desired textures, you can then edit them.
You cannot rename any of the textures.

Do you have any suggestions on what plugin I should use to dump textures?
How do I get the textures while playing?

Rice and Glide both support it I believe.
You just go through the graphics plugin options and enable dumping.
You get textures by playing the game.
It dumps whatever textures your game currently is loading.
You have to play the entire game to dump every texture.

Yeah, how do I crack the admin password to this forum so I can log in with administrator credentials and do abusive things that satisfy my anger threshold at the shit people are posting to dead threads on this forum?
