My DK64 stopped working

SP DMA READ could not fit copy in memory segment"
I'm at Gloomy Galeon and i am about to fight the pufferfish but my game stops the emulation and says: "SP DMA READ could not fit copy in memory segment"
What does this mean? Can I fix it? :confused:
