Just made a purchase

I am going to show mr squall up. I have no intention of taking his belittling quietly. Everything I will do will be open source.

It wont let me link to the ebay page. but

Nintendo Ultra 64 Dev Kit. SGI Indy Development Machine plus Orginial SDK. When it gets here, let the reverse engineering begin!

Also Nintendo 64 SN64 Dev Kit &
SN Maestro 64 Music Dev Kit

Good Luck - there have been several good developers of N64 emulators and plugins over the years, a lot of whom are still active over on Emutalk. I'm sure it would help your cause to speak with them about the challenges you are likely to face!

Look forward to seeing the result of your efforts :)

sounds neat, I have none of those things and I'm still fixing shit up anyway lmao, but I suppose a few extra resources provided thorough wisdom can bring no harm, have fun! :D

I'm planning on writing my own first emulator in 2013 - it'll be a CHIP-8 emulator :D

Part of my job involves Systems Development and I've done it on and off over the years but never written anything like an emulator, so trying to start with something relatively simple.

Then I'll start work on the PS3 emulator ;)
