Wow... 2008 and the BETA is still donation only, nothing new is being done for 1.6 such as service releases or patches, and still no word on IF 1.7 is ever going to be public...
No offense Zilmar and Jabo but this project is worthy of DEAD status. You both very well know Public BETAs would speed up not only the debugging and testing processes by allowing users who want to send in bug reports to send them in and help you on on a larger scale. Quit shooting this emulator in the foot and go public already. 1.7 needs to come soon or people are going to stop donating and lose interest. I want to donate to help out but unless I see actual progress and public releases... I'm not donating. Sorry but that's my 2 cents on this. |

I suspect that, in some cases, a flood of negative, juvenile, disrespectful, unreasonable, demanding, whiny brat, 'give it (now)' attitudes tend to push such projects toward extinction.

Already over a year since I last came to this place, and yet... I'm afraid I'm going to have to agree with them; I hereby declare this object in question DEAD. *Bangs gavel* Move on with your lives people, you've bitched it into oblivion, and 'It ain't comin back!'.
As for some of the spanish comments, for those of you who don't know, more insults and wise cracks. One more thing, ENOUGH with the damn smilies as comments. One more thing, It wouldn't surprise me if Nintendo DID somehow force a letter of legal action, begining with their 'friendly' cease and desist letter, followed by the IDSA, with their 'bit'. Only a matter of time |
