Function required for TAS

I ask for frame feed function, movie file creation function and virtual pad function.
These are the functions necessary to create so-called TAS animation.

I want to create a tas video of Baku Bomb 2.
Using Bizhawk, a fatal bug may occur when creating a tas movie. If it is project64 it may be able to avoid that bug. However, it became obvious recently that it will also occur on project 64.
