Currently using Glide64 "Napalm WX" release 1. Not the most up to date I think, but it hasn't given any issues after moving PJ64 :)

Might not be relevant for you, but I got this and found it to be caused by NRage's Direct-Input 8 V2.22 -- after I moved PJ64's location on my disk. Not related to Glide64 at all as Google suggests....

Isn't the silver (and gold) scale meant to be in the bottom slot there? That would explain why neither of your scales aren't working. Also how have you got a broken sword in the scale slot?
