can't say about nvidia, but if your gfx card is Amd/Ati you can set/create custom resolutions in the catalyst controls

no, It works in full screen for me...no issue going into fullscreen.. getting back out is the issue(no Alt/ent)
but thats using Glidn64... I dont' use the DX plugins cause they lack frame buffer...

using GlideN64 I have no problem going full screen .. ATI R7 265.. just have to alt-tab to get OUT of full screen since Alt-ent nor Esc work any longer

just an update, since I noticed it was all older...

just an update, since I noticed it was all older dx stuff.... I removed the 1.6 folder and updated the ati drivers....no blue screen so far (Only tried one game and it ran perfect 60fps..glideN64)

dunno about 13 menu's and 30+ settings.. I had about 10 options to disable sending stuff to m$ when I installed.. wasn't complicated took all of 1 1/2 minutes...Auto updates?? so?? Windows update...

dunno if that was directed at me or not, but EVERY game I have thrown at my setup has ran perfectly @ 60fps, no slow downs, no audio issues, frame buffer effects working... granted 99% of the reason...
