The real n64 doesn't do the scaling, it simply sends a standard signal (480 vertical for NTSC or 576 vertical for PAL) through the video out port, and the TV does all scaling.

s-video separates different parts of the video signal so that shit doesnt blend together

rgb is miles ahead of s-video tho, which i don't have, thus i'm not the best person to ask for pixel...

depends what you mean by "more accurate" 2.1...

2.1 plays some games faster or slower than actual console (sometimes in excess of 50% faster) because zilmar set a default value for VI and AI rates...
