I don't know why you're only at 15 fps because the OoT rom I'm running is usually just shy of 60 fps. Where did you download the rom from?

I just downloaded a ROM of Paper Mario that looks to be fine but in the notes box on my directory list it says [video] (see GameFAQ). Can anyone tell me what that means? I'm wary about starting it up...
