Maybe the plugins? When you go into a rom with a new goodname you have to reapply the plugins. I don't know, try changing it to 2000 VI and disable 32 bit engine. Other wise I don't know, sorry

Don't use Jabo's plugin, Use Glide64 instead. It is more stable overall. Hopefully this is the fix for your problem. :D

Possible solution

I would HIGHLY suggest PJ64 v2.3.2, after you download it open the ROM up, go into Options > Settings > CONFIG: (game file name) and change the 4 mb to 8mb. Might work.

I fixed some errors by changing the video plugin to Glide, still some games wont work as well though.

So I downloaded PJ64 recently from the actual website. I can load only few games without it saying Fatal Error. An example of one working is Super Mario 64 Chaos Edition, it works fine and no fatal...
