Oh you're a life savior, I forgot about this and I tried looking into it again and find your reply, so I tried creating a folder in my c:\ file and put my roms there and it worked! Thanks so much!

it's not compressed and I tried renaming it to...

it's not compressed and I tried renaming it to .7z and .zip and still same message, this doesn't happen to other emulators like dolphin

Update: did not work, could there be missing files I need to download and thats why it's not working?

sorry for the late reply but the file is already...

sorry for the late reply but the file is already unzipped I click Open ROM and I chose the mario 64 ROM but I get this error message "Failed to find filename in 7z file"

I'm trying to play mario 64 but every time I'm trying to run it it says "Failed to find filename in 7z file" I'm sure it's unzipped and I tried downloading 7z and converting the rom to 7z and it...
