This isn't quite true. XP has better memory management hands down over Vista, so while it may perform better on certain speed tests then XP, across a wide range of programs and games it lags behind....

Yeah, technically I was running the ROM in an emulator on top of an API on an OS on top of an emulator on top of another OS. No wonder I had issues. :D
