Re-install
I reinstalled the emulator and its working again, i switched the plugins from the defaults, which is what i assume was the issue, and hopefully it works.

Plugins
I tried doing that but once it lags out like this, my list of plugins shows up blank.

Plugin Issues.
This is the second time I've downloaded this emulator and for about the first 15-20 minutes it works like a charm. Then after playing around with a few games and downloading new ones I get this error...
