Rice Video Community version 1.5.3 (Window/Full Screen FIX)

Good news I told DD about the problem and he fixed it in 1.5.3! now when you swap from full screen to windowed mode (or vice versa) no freeze hooray! The plugin is attached.

I can only imagine how ignorant I must sound, but here I go: what is wrong with the sound as it is? why should we use this plug-in. 99% of the games I play have no audio issues whatsoever.
