Default Thanks! The extended draw distance code is a little weird, though

These codes all work in harmony. Thank you!

The no culling + extended draw distance one is a bit weird, though. It seems that close up objects in kokiri forest are not culled, which is great, but when I went out to hyrule field, some nearby trees popped into existence when I turned toward them. Much more strange, though, was a distant tree that would only be visible if it was on the sides of the screen -- the part that wouldn't be visible if I were playing in 4:3. If I turned toward the tree so it would be in the center of the screen, it disappeared. Very mysterious... I'll have to test it more and compare it to the original widescreen code I was using and decide which to use. Are these known issues with workarounds?
