1. Pause the game with the START button, then press B. It will ask if you want to save.

2. There are a few save files for that game here that you might look across. One of them might be at the right interval, not sure.

3. Save files go in the "Save" subfolder of where you installed Project64 on your disk. Make sure the exact file name is "THE LEGEND OF ZELDA.sra" so that the emulator finds it.

4. You can only have one save file installed per game, because the file name has to be exact for it to load. You could have the other save files downloaded to the "Save" subfolder ready to be renamed though if you wanted. Honestly, it would probably be easier if you just used the save state feature instead. Try pressing F5 and then F7 while a game is running in Project64.
