Default HleAudio suggestions & bug tracking on Bitbucket

I have put the latest version of HleAudio plugin and Lua script to Bitbucket and open to everyone.

HleAudio.lua on Bitbucket

Suggestions and bug tracking on Bitbucket

There are purposes for doing so:

(1) To let anyone want to involve to submit their HleAudio.lua enhancements and bug fixings.
(2) Suggestion tracking.
(3) Bug tracking.
(4) To learn git version control system.

Currently the suggestion from FatCat to use game id to identify roms has added to tracking system: using game id to identify roms

If you want to submit your Lua script code, you can register a Bitbucket account and clone HleAudioLua repository, edit your code with the web page on Bitbucket or with an editor on your local computer, then create a pull request.

If you want to submit your suggestion or bug report, you can create an issue from here.

Just a question. I see the lua file is simply called "HleAudio.lua" Does that mean that my audio plugin should be called "HleAudio.dll"?

Because i have a couple of versions like HleAudio_1.8.1.dll and HleAudio_1.8.2.dll. Should i rename them as HleAudio.dll in order to work with the lua? Or i can just rename the lua to the same name as these plugins?

No, the audio plugin dll can be any name you want.

But the old audio plugin dll may be not compatible with new version of Lua script if the new version Lua script use new native functions or constants that are not supported by old audio plugin dll.

If you have some audio tweaking, I will be glad to merge into official Lua script after I confirm the settings work on my computer.

-- Edit --
Forget to say, the file name of Lua script is hard coded "HleAudio.lua" in plugin dll.

HleAudio v1.8.2 add a new sync game to audio mode for Excitebike64 and exports the settings to Lua script, otherwise it should be the same as v1.8.1.
