So then you just are not installing the textures correctly. This has taken several days, you obviously aren't trying to help your self, I've gave you more than enough information in the tutorials, but ill clear everything up here.

1) DELETE CACHE FOLDER ALWAYS

2) PLACE MAJORA'S MASK (textures pack) FOLDER IN THE HIGH RES FOLDER.
\plugin\hires_texture\ZELDA MAJORA'S MASK

3) CONFIG RICE/GLIDE TO ENABLE DUMP/LOAD PACKETS.

4) DO IT WHILE EMULATED, OR BEFORE STARTING EMULATION, BOTH WAYS WILL WORK.

******IF IT STILL DOESNT WORK,

1) DUMP YOUR TEXTURES

2) COPY THE NAME OF THE MAJORAS MASK FOLDER NAME CONTAINING THE DUMP

3) RENAME THE ZELDA MAJORAS MASK (Downloaded texture pack folder) FOLDER TO THAT NAME.

*****COMMON SENSE PROBLEMS

EXTRACT THE FILES.......

HAVE SAME ROM VERSION/COUNTRY AS TEXTURE PACK (USA, English, [u]...)
__________________________________________________ ___________

I've downloaded the texture pack, I've created my high res folder in plugins, then I extracted my files to my high res folder, and started Majora's Mask, and the textures loaded just fine. If you still can't do it, I want you to know I've explained every problem that you can come across and I've given you several solutions to each issue. All you have to do is read what I've said and do it. The only reason why you will not beable to do this is because you lack fundamental problem solving skills, which involve figuring out what version of the rom you have, what plugin you are using, etc... So I'm done here, I don't really post on emulator forums because of people like you. Good bye.

Things have change abit in PJ2.1, at least for me while I was trying this one out.

The first thing you have to do is extract the content of the .rar file into the Texture-folder inside PJ64 (c:\program files (x86)\project64 2.1\)

And then check and comfirm that pj64 loads the textures from this place.

This is how you should do it if you're using the glide64 that follows the pj64.

Get a better GFX card then.

I get 60 VI's with an old P4 dual core 2.8Ghz, and on board ATI Radeon Xpress 200, 1Gb Ram. But then again, I'm using an old OS that doesn't hog all the disc and CPU. I'm on XP SP3.

Edit: I get worse performance on my brand new laptop which is Quad Core 3.2Ghz, 4Gb Ram, and Windows 8.1.

If you're using Glide64 that could be the reason why.

Try Rice Video plugin it'll run faster.

I can run this texture pack no preformance loss with rice on a toaster.
