Well, it's FREE! That is it's free for those who qualify. So... why NOT take advantage of an offer like that. Rollbacks are also available within 30 days of "UPGRADING" to Windows 10. Anywho, I'm actually still having the same issue with official Windows 10 as I did with 10's preview builds. I cannot choose a game within the emulator's windows. It's actually worse NOW as the emu simply "stops" working and must close. I'm not sure what to do at this point, but I do have 1 or 2 more ideas to look into.

Now that Win10 is out is this going to be fixed or is our only option Compatibility mode Win7?
Blue screens I fortunately have NOT received. With me however putting the emu into Windows 7 compatibility mode keeps me from going full screen. I'd say what the error message is, but I can't repeat the error as NOW I can't even open the emu as it immediately prompts me say that "Project 64 has stopped working" leaving me at a bit of a crossroad with go forward with my issue.

So I have an opinion about not wanting to go to Windows 10. Cry more.

There's a lot of hate in several topics about Windows 10 on many other sites.
Forced auto updates which can kill online gaming.
Most importantly all of the spyware in 13 menus and 30+ settings you have to change to not get excessively spied on.
THERE'S ADS IN SOLITAIRE!!! :/

That's why I uninstalled the KB3035583 update and removed all traces of GWX.exe to further prevent the stupid installation of such spyware and adware filled garbage!
Windows 8/8.1 sucks cuz no Start Menu and mobile UI crap.

Still going strong on Win7,Windows 7 forever!!!

How so?

Fair criticism.

Not normal Solitaire. It's only for challenge modes.

Anyway, if and when the BSOD issue is sorted out, it would be ideal to release PJ64 2.3 because BSODs are really bad for PR.

dunno about 13 menu's and 30+ settings.. I had about 10 options to disable sending stuff to m$ when I installed.. wasn't complicated took all of 1 1/2 minutes...Auto updates?? so?? Windows update would run int he background and install updates on Windows xp, vista, 7 and 8 don't see an issue. ads in solitaire?? who plays solitaire??..lol

as fopr PJ64... crashes , new blue screen... win32kfull.sys if I recall...also event viewer shows :

just an update, since I noticed it was all older dx stuff.... I removed the 1.6 folder and updated the ati drivers....no blue screen so far (Only tried one game and it ran perfect 60fps..glideN64)

so maybe win10 doesn't have good dx 8 backwards compatibility
