I mean if you ban someone with proper spelling or other mechanics in your various texts, he'll think you're trying to compete! Quite simply, 1.d4 fails. It actually gives Black even more information than 1.e4 does. (One reason for this is because 1.e4 is the largest in opening theory...in fair part because of the King's Gambit system.) It has the negative squares for, under conjunction, any useless pawn structure, D5 and E4, above and to the right. Therefore it is assumed that White wishes to emphasize a goal for pawn structure by immediately moving the most important of the eight pawns, which can easily be counter-attacked or ignored throughout many moves of the opening stage.
1...e5 shouldn't even have to be a discouragement for the weak stubborn. There is still 1...Nc6, 1...c5, 1...d5, 1...e6, and 1...Nf6.

For N64 it's Virtual Chess 64.

I think if you use the 3-D board with the 3-D fights between the pieces enabled in the fight where a black pawn captures a white pawn the black pawn gets out a hammer and bans him, but other than that I guess you're out of luck.
