PartyPlanner64 z64 files

I wanted to try out the PartyPlanner64 Tool.
The tool by hisself says everything is well with the file and I can download it to my ROM folder.
P64 is saying it is a bad ROM and shows only a black display
P64k is loading the ROM to the over world of Mario Party 1, but when I want to start a party the display became black, too.

I have no idea what I should do.
