SSB 64 Link Arrow

Hello,

When choosing Link in Nintendo N64's super smash brother and pressing 'B' in the game. Link used to throw a bow arrow. However, When playing smash 64 on project 64 and choosing Link. Link does not throw a bow arrow when B is pressed.

How could that be fixed as Link should throw a bow arrow rather than a boomerang? Note: a few years ago, I remember playing Super smash bro 64 with the old version of project 64, before the changing of project 64 icon, Link used to throw a bow arrow, but not with the new version.
