Project 64 no longer works on my PC

Yesterday afternoon I downloaded P64 and loaded Zelda Ocarina of Time. The ROM loaded successfully and I was able to play for a few hours. Later in the day I reloaded P64 and opened the same ROM. Unfortunately, the message "Cannot open ROM because plugins have not successfully initialized." I have not altered the plugins since setting up the application. Can anyone clarify what I can do to fix this issue?

Have you restarted your computer before/after is stopped working? What plugins are you using?
