Portable Support

I realize that PJ64 is basically already portable. but what isn't portable is the directory structure. when you configure a rom directory, it specifies the full directory that the roms are in. All the other things, such as saves, have an option for $AppPath\Saves\, for example.
By default, I feel that PJ64 should offer a Roms folder, which is optional to use, but defaults to $AppPath\Roms\
That way, I can stick PJ64 on my flash drive, stick my roms in the roms folder, and be off to the races.

Even editing the config manually doesn't allow $AppPath
I'll try just Roms\ and see if that works, but I doubt it.

I always use pj64 in flashdrivers, never saw any problems. I know that the emulator set entries in registry, but nothing that screws up the system. There's no problem in using the actual version in pendrives.
