That and fps games. I know there's been lots of work done for Goldeneye & Perfect Dark, but I'd love to see 60fps for Quake2, Turok 3, World is not enough, etc. Heck, there's some fps games that I think we've never given a fair chance because of their unplayable framerates: Armorines, Daikatana, etc.... maybe smooth framerates won't make them good, but there's no way to know until we try, right?

Hello, Retroben.
I have a request.
Can you take a look at the "Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire Prototype" which is available here?
http:// micro-64.com /features/starwarsproto.shtml
It has many hidden features like FOV Adjustments, in my opinion running it on an emulator with a 16:9 Hack and a higher resolution it feels much more powerful now then the PC Version. The only thing which is missing to have a higher Framerate. Could you please take a look at it?
Thank you.

Sorry for my practically non-existence as of late.

It seems that the Star Wars: Shadow of the Empire game already runs at 60fps and even beyond that according to the DL/s counter similar to Vigilante 8 when in gameplay.
All you need to do is adjust settings and set Counter Factor 1 for it to run at 60fps but with a heavy performance impact.

Processor usage does go through the roof when on CF=1 though...
Unfortunately, using overclock actually makes the game run too fast for some reason, usually that setting works over using the buggy VI Refresh Rate overclock method.
It may take using Counter Factor 2 with a unique VI Refresh Rate value to get the best results.

It seems using VI Refresh Rate of 2500 works rather well on the first level.

Already did a proper 60fps for the trilogy.
Ignore the fact demos don't run at 60fps,don't forget counter factor 1 and/or the overclock option.
Make sure VI Refresh Rate is 1500 for proper speeds.
