Angry Banjo Kazooie Laggy room

Why is there lag on this room? Fps drops from 25 to 17 in this room I can't enjoy playing this game when movement is slower than it should it is like playing some kind of matrix action movie.
Emulator Version: Project64 2.3.2.202 (it happens also on version 1.6)
CPU: Intel (R) Core(TM) i7-4770K CPU @ 3.50GHz 3.50 GHz
Operating System: Windows 10 Home
Graphics Card: Geforce GTX 770
Installed RAM: 8 GB
Evidence: youtube.com/watch?v=urKUvb7O8QY (Laggy room appears on 1.53)
Image of the room: imgur.com/a/VcwKm

Sync game to audio is on and I use original textures. I have tried USA and European version and both have same problem.

My Game runs 25fps on other rooms. So It haven't disturbed me so much and I fixed that puzzle loading problem when I checkmarked "Copy framebuffer to RDRAM" on graphics plugin settings. I also setted VI refresh rate to 1550 on Rom settings.
I have almost finished banjo kazooie 100% I play it with gamecube controller.

If you are not against using codes for better fps, here is some for both versions which lock the speeds at 30fps with consistent pacing thanks to ASM hacks.

It is the game's native programming of frame rate control. You can use my no frameskip ASM code set to 02 for full 30fps and locked pacing for a smoother experience. The 60fps doesn't like Treasure Trove Cove but everywhere else runs fine and physics act different when in 60fps. It looks super amazing at 60fps though. Wish I was capable of a proper fix.

B-K v1.0 (U)

Forced 30fps
8124BD9C 2402
8124BD9E 0002
8124BFA8 2402
8124BFAA 0002

B-K v1.1 (U)

Forced 30fps
8124AB0C 2402
8124AB0E 0002
8124AD2C 2402
8124AD2E 0002

First two lines are the pacing and the last two are essentially frame skipping.
Leave the first line on each part alone and just change the 0002 into another number like 0001 or 0003 for different paces/fps.
Also set VI Refresh Rate to 1500 or a nearby lower amount if you try the 60fps beyond Treasure Trove Cove.

Ok thanks, I will try these. With my current settings I also felt lag on credits screen and when I entered into house of beaver.
