Default Adding Cheat Problem

I have a problem with adding cheats - when I try to add/edit a cheat when Hide Advanced Settings is unchecked, the cheat will go to the "Add Cheat Menu" but won't show up when I click "Add Cheat".

When I try to add a cheat when Hide Advanced Settings is checked, it doesn't let me right click and add a cheat, or edit cheats.

I haven't seen this problem solved anywhere. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Using 1.6.

Thanks for any help!
