Cannot open a rom because plugins have not successfully initialised

Hello! I need help on this one, so i just downloaded for the first time proyect 64 v2.3.2, then i got the rooms and when i click on the room to play it theres a message thats say ¨Cannot open a rom because plugins have not successfully initialised¨i havent touch any of the plugins options so i think the plugins still is default. i want to know how i can solve these problems to play. What should i do?

Go into the Options > Settings > Plugins. Change from Jabos' plugin to Glide64.
Once the game is booted up and still not loading go back into settings except press the + next to CONFIGname). Press plugins and reinsert your plugins back again.
