Issues running Star Wars Shadows of The Empire

The games menus doesn't load up correctly, and the game itself is choppy outside of aerial combat. I've linked a video to show what I'm seeing. Maybe there is something in the settings I can change, or add a plugin, but as of now I'm a little lost. Help?
