Default Regarding frame rate (is it possible to do this?)

OK. Basically, i've been unhappy with the meagre (yet standard) 60fps on any original n64 game ROM.
So, i was wondering if it was possible to create more frame intervals between any two frames to make the game look smoother (but not necessarily faster!)

I've tried my many other plugins to see if they had some sort of option to do this... but no luck.

SUMMARY:
I want something to increase FPS above 60 without increasing game speed.

Default

The new term is vertical interrupts per second. This is the emulated framerate that controls the current public 1.6 version speed label frames per second. Because FPS is the internal geometry speed and VI/s is the emulated speed VI/s controls FPS.

The games were designed to run at dynamic speeds in frames per second.
