This isn't the project and community i was once proud to say i belonged to.

We used to be a formidable "team" who took pride in all our hard work and dedication to this project which saw it come back to life after the 1.4 final because we carried on working on a 1.5 beta because we knew it had a lot more in it even though at the time Zil thought otherwise.

That then paved the way to 1.6 which imo is the shining beacon and legacy of all our code and hard thankless work.

I have been hesitant go get involved here as Zil runs the show solo on both Project and Board, but enough is enough for me.

I wish this project every success and its users, but like smiff i can take no more.

Well, not in this thread, comparatively, though maybe he wouldn't have posted that if squall didn't force me to keep replying to it with his tests of judgement. lol

Though that doesn't change that the stuff he said is true or at least has been building up to be true. I'm sorry for any possible way that I may have contributed to any such changes.

hm edit though a couple parts of that confused me, I mean based on the new information being put here if I didn't know any better I'd say a team of some form is still around besides the support still being given

Only problem that I really have is new members that probably don't do the first thing they should do and use the search before they create a new thread (Oh yeah, and all these randomn ass threads that are so off topic I doubt the op doesn't even remember why they started it).

Beyond that everything is ok to me.

Though I am interested in seeing what I could do to help further the PJ64 1.7 beta.

Again I'm curious about the forum, despite being that nobody wants it or my not envisioning its use, though if you created it right away without asking first I don't think anyone here would be pissed. I mean, it's not like that's the reason Mr. User, squall, and Gent all came on to overtly defend themselves and make it look like I was attacking them, just because of my opinion on this idea. Who knows.

Well everyone seems to be at home except a lot of people are putting threads in the wrong forum, i.e. they have a question about 1.6 but many times put their thread in 1.7 - Suggestions or something just to receive more attention to their problem. Some members also ask something about their threads to be moderated, though it's never done. I think it's fine this way since being perfectionistic about every thread being up-to-date or in the proper forum isn't that important, but otherwise maybe you guys should make sure there is a moderator to attend to these things. Otherwise people seem happy that I can tell.
