Default How do I make Super Mario 64 Look like this?

What emulator / plugins do I need? Also is there a way to make it look even better?

Default RE: How do I make Super Mario 64 Look like this?

You would probably use PJ64 as the emulator for this. The plugin would depend on the texture pack you wish to use. I'm no expert on this, but it seems that various plugins handle textures in different ways. So the people who made the video you posted were using a specific texture pack which needed a specific plugin to load those textures and they were most likely playing on PJ64.

The answer to your question of it is possible to make it look "even better" is yes. By using different texture packs you can make the game look drastically different. There are texture packs to make it look like Paper Mario, or more realistic, or whatever your heart desires.

Search YouTube for "SM64 texture" and you'll find videos with links in the Comments section to download everything you'll need.
