Why is the support on this forum so terrible?

Every single thread I see here that's related to the problem I'm having, I never see any helpful answers. And when I post a question it gets no answers, yet I see questions here getting responses. Shouldn't moderators here pay more attention to helping people like they're supposed to? It's a little lack. I provided several details in my question.
